Delete your DuckSave account
Here's how to permanently delete your account and everything in it — from inside the app, or by sending us a request.
1Delete it yourself in the app
The fastest way. The app removes your account and all your data right away.
- Open DuckSave and sign in
- Tap the menu (⋮) at the top right, then Security
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account permanently
- Type DELETE to confirm
Using the app without an account? The same option appears as Delete all data and clears everything stored on your device.
2Or ask us to delete it
If you've already removed the app or can't sign in, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.

Everything tied to your account is permanently removed:
- Your profile and login (name, email)
- All transactions, accounts, and categories
- Budgets, savings goals, and net worth records
- Loans, installments, memos, and tags
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Image attachments stored only on your device are removed when you uninstall the app.

1ลบเองในแอป

- เปิดแอป DuckSave และเข้าสู่ระบบ
- แตะเมนู (⋮) มุมขวาบน แล้วเลือก Security (ความปลอดภัย)
- เลื่อนลงล่างสุด แตะ Delete account permanently (ลบบัญชีถาวร)
- พิมพ์ DELETE เพื่อยืนยัน
ใช้แอปแบบไม่มีบัญชี? ตัวเลือกเดียวกันจะแสดงเป็น Delete all data (ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด) ซึ่งจะล้างทุกอย่างที่เก็บในเครื่อง
2หรือส่งคำขอมาให้เราลบ
หากคุณถอนการติดตั้งแอปไปแล้ว หรือเข้าสู่ระบบไม่ได้ ส่งอีเมลจากที่อยู่อีเมลที่ผูกกับบัญชีของคุณ แล้วเราจะลบให้ภายใน 30 วัน
