2. ใครใช้ได้
แอปนี้ไม่ได้ออกแบบมาสำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี หากคุณอายุต่ำกว่านั้น กรุณาอย่าใช้แอปนี้
3. ข้อมูลของคุณเป็นของคุณ
ข้อมูลที่คุณบันทึกถูกเก็บในเครื่องของคุณเป็นหลัก คุณสำรองขึ้นคลาวด์ได้เมื่อสมัคร DuckSave Pro และลบบัญชีกับข้อมูลทั้งหมดได้ทุกเมื่อ เราแนะนำให้คุณเก็บสำเนาข้อมูลสำคัญไว้เองด้วย
4. DuckSave Pro
DuckSave Pro เป็นการสมัครสมาชิกที่เรียกเก็บเงินผ่านบัญชี Google Play ของคุณ และต่ออายุอัตโนมัติจนกว่าจะยกเลิก คุณยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อในแอป Google Play การขอคืนเงินเป็นไปตามนโยบายของ Google Play
5. แอปนี้ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการเงิน
DuckSave เป็นเครื่องมือบันทึกและติดตามเงินของคุณ ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำด้านการเงิน การลงทุน หรือภาษี ข้อมูลเชิงลึกจาก AI เป็นข้อมูลประกอบเท่านั้น และอาจคลาดเคลื่อนได้ การตัดสินใจทางการเงินเป็นของคุณ
6. สิ่งที่เราไม่รับประกัน
เราตั้งใจให้แอปทำงานได้ดีที่สุด แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าจะใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด แอปพึ่งพาบริการของผู้อื่น เช่น Google และผู้ให้บริการคลาวด์ ซึ่งอาจหยุดทำงานได้ เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานแอป เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ทั้งนี้ไม่กระทบสิทธิของผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมาย
7. การใช้งานที่เหมาะสม
กรุณาอย่าพยายามเจาะระบบ ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ หรือใช้แอปในทางที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือรบกวนผู้ใช้คนอื่น
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลง
เราอาจปรับปรุงแอปหรือข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะแสดงบนหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่อัปเดต หากเราหยุดให้บริการ เราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้าตามสมควรเพื่อให้คุณนำข้อมูลออกได้
9. การยุติการใช้งาน
คุณหยุดใช้แอปได้ทุกเมื่อ และลบบัญชีกับข้อมูลได้เองในแอป ดูวิธีที่หน้าลบบัญชี
10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของประเทศไทย

2. Who can use DuckSave
This app is not designed for children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use it.
3. Your data is yours
What you record is kept on your device first. You can back it up to the cloud with DuckSave Pro, and you can delete your account and all your data at any time. We recommend keeping your own copy of anything important.
4. DuckSave Pro
DuckSave Pro is a subscription billed through your Google Play account. It renews automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time in the Google Play app. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
5. This app is not financial advice
DuckSave is a tool for recording and following your own money. It is not financial, investment or tax advice. AI insights are informational only and can be wrong. Financial decisions are yours.
6. What we don't promise
We work to keep the app running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. The app relies on services from others, such as Google and our cloud provider, which can go down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the app. This does not affect your rights as a consumer under the law.
7. Fair use
Please don't attempt to break into the service, reverse engineer the app, use it unlawfully, or interfere with other people using it.
8. Changes
We may improve the app or update these terms from time to time. Changes appear on this page with an updated date. If we ever stop the service, we will give reasonable notice so you can take your data with you.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time, and delete your account and data yourself in the app — see the Delete Account page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
