3. การเก็บและการสำรองข้อมูล

5. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

6. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

การลบบัญชีและข้อมูล

คุณสามารถลบรายการแต่ละรายการได้ในแอป และสามารถลบบัญชีพร้อมข้อมูลทั้งหมดบนคลาวด์ได้ด้วยตัวเองในแอป หรือดูวิธีที่ หน้าการลบบัญชี

7. ข้อมูลของเด็ก

แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลจากเด็กโดยเจตนา

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

In short: DuckSave keeps your financial data on your device first (offline-first) and is backed up to the cloud only when you sign in and choose to back up. We don't share your financial information with third parties for advertising.

1. What we collect

Data you create

Income and expense entries, amounts, categories, notes, and dates
Account, budget, and savings goal information
Receipt/slip images you attach (stored on your device only, never backed up)

Account data (when you choose to sign in)

Email, for sign-in and cloud backup
Google Sign-In details (name, email) if you choose to use it

Technical data

Basic device info and error logs, to improve app stability

2. How we use it

To provide the app's core functions (recording and showing your finances)
To back up your data to the cloud, a DuckSave Pro feature (when enabled)
To send reminder notifications (when you allow them)
To improve and fix bugs in the app

3. Storage and backup

Your data is stored on your device first (SQLite database). When you sign in and back up (a DuckSave Pro feature), your data (except images) is stored on a secure cloud server (Supabase). Your data is protected by Row Level Security, so only you can access your own data.

4. Data sharing

We use third-party providers only as needed for the app to work:

Supabase — for cloud storage and backup
Resend — for sending account confirmation emails
Google — for sign-in (Google Sign-In) if you choose to use it
Google Gemini — for AI insights, only when you allow it. We send a monthly summary of your totals and category names. We never send individual transactions, your name, or your email, and Google does not use it to train its models.
RevenueCat — to process DuckSave Pro subscriptions. It receives your purchase history and an app user ID.
Firebase Crashlytics — for crash reports and device information, only if you allow crash reporting.

5. Data security

Data is encrypted in transit
You can lock the app with a PIN or biometrics (fingerprint/face)
Your cloud data is isolated and locked with Row Level Security

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data under data-protection laws (such as GDPR in Europe, PDPA in Thailand, CCPA in California).

Account and data deletion

You can delete individual entries in the app, and delete your account with all cloud data yourself in the app — see the Delete Account page for steps.

7. Children's data

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will appear on this page with an updated date.
